Returns Policy

We offer returns for all products within 7 days of delivery or pickup. You can use this page to learn about our return and cancellation policy.

 

BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING ORDERS, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND CONSENTING TO THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY, IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IN THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Returns

 

Please use the following scenarios accordingly:

 

Scenario 1 - Unopened, unused, in its original packaging

Return at any Troullides shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.

In the case of higher value product, you will have to pay the difference between the amounts.

 

Scenario 2 - Opened, unused, in its original packaging

Return at any Troullides shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with exchange.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.

In the case of higher value product, you will have to pay the difference between the amounts.

 

Scenario 3 - Faulty or not fully functioning

Return at any Troullides shop, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with exchange or repair.

The product can be exchanged with the same product or other product of equivalent value.

In the case of higher value product, you will have to pay the difference between the amounts.

If the product needs to be repaired we will inform you about the available options you have.

 

All products carry a 12 or 24 month warranty, according to the manufacturer.

If the product falls out of the manufacturer warranty, we will inform you of possible charges you might have.

We will NOT charge you for inspection fees in any case.

 

 

Where to return your products

 

You can return your products, at any Troullides shop, Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:30, and Wednesday, from 09:00 to 13:30.


 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

How to cancel an online order

 

If you have chosen to Pick-up from Troullides shop, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling the shop you chose to pick-up your product. You can find all shops contact numbers, here.
